Truly a hidden treasure!I stopped in to Mind Barista Coffee Roastery with 3 friends for a simple cup of good coffee while on holiday. What we got was an amazing coffee experience. The proprietor is absolutely passionate about coffee. His “cafe” is more of a coffee lab, with roasters, testing equipment, tools for a dozen different brew methods, and sealed canisters of carefully curated beans from around the world. A visit to Mind Barista is like a wine tasting at a fine vineyard.I learned that his beans are shipped to some of the finest restaurants and cafes, as well as coffee aficionados around the world. Not surprising! If you happen to be in this remote area, by all means stop in. If you’re just looking for some good beans to order online and sample , rest assured you will NOT be disappointed!!
