Subscription FAQ: Everything you need to know

When will my monthly subscription coffee be shipped out?

Your selected Coffee Subscription box will be sent out on or before the 2nd day of each month. If you reside in major cities, anticipate your order to reach you within 2-3 days. However, for remote areas, the delivery time may vary from 2 to 5 days, contingent upon the distance of the location. Rest assured, we will provide you with tracking information promptly after dispatching your package. Feel free to reach out to us anytime for further information about your order.

I have a subscription – when will I be charged?

According to your subscription plan with us, you will be charged on the date when the 1st order is placed and thereafter every month on the same date that the order was first placed.

When do I receive my first subscription?

Regardless of the time of the month you subscribe, you will receive your first subscription within 3-5 days. Consider it as a catch-up before regular shipments resume on the 2nd of each month.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription ?

Certainly, you have complete control over your subscription. You can pause, upgrade, or cancel it at any point.

To accomplish this, just visit your account and navigate to the subscriptions section. There, you will be able to make any necessary alterations

How can I update the card information linked to my subscription?

To handle this, you will have to visit payfast.co.za. Upon logging in, navigate to Ad Hoc Agreements. This is the section where you can find and modify the billing information linked to your subscription with us.

What happens at the end of the Good Bean Gift Subscription period?

Gift subscriptions are only valid for the number of months subscribed too.  Once the last order is sent the gift is completed and the subscription will not renew.

How fresh is the Roast?

All our Subscription Coffee will be freshly roasted. We currently roast on a daily basis and you can expect most of Roasts to be only days old.
